Service cancellation can be made from the "Analysis environment" tab of the "Account management" screen.

Cancellation requests can be made until 23:00 on the last day of the month in which the service is used.

If you request cancellation, you will not be billed for the next month, and you will not be able to access your environment at the end of the month.

Please back up your data and do any other necessary work during the month of usage when you cancel your subscription.
