Changing the registration information

If there are any changes to your account information registered with Tellus, please update this as soon as possible.

The procedure will differ depending on the information you want to change.

① Customer information
② Email address
③ Password
④ Credit card
⑤ Phone number for two-factor authentication

1. Log in to Tellus and go to "Account Management".

2. Select the required location according to the information you want to change.

① Customer information

Enter the information you want to change and click the "Register" button. The information will change immediately.

② Email address

Enter your new email address and press the "Send Change Confirmation" button. A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address. Click on the URL to complete the change.

③ Password

Enter the new password and press the "Update" button. The information will change immediately.

④ Credit card

Click the "Change Credit Card" button and enter the new card information. You will need 3D Secure authentication with your new card. The information will change immediately.

⑤ Phone number for two-factor authentication

Enter your new phone number for the two-factor authentication and press the "Send Confirmation SMS" button.

An SMS will be sent to the registered phone number. Enter this 6-digit number to verify your number.

After verifying the number, you will receive an email confirming the update of your phone number to your registered email address; follow the URL to complete the change registration.
