GCOM-C (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) data Released!
New dataWe added an image of the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index with a resolution of 250 meters acquired by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency's Climate Change Observation Satellite "SHIKISAI" (hereinafter referred to as "GCOM-C").
The GCOM-C is equipped with a multi-wavelength optical radiometer (SGLI), which is an optical sensor that observes in multiple wavelength ranges from near ultraviolet to thermal infrared (380 nm to 12 μm), and observes clouds, aerosols (dust in the atmosphere), sea color, vegetation, snow and ice, etc.
In addition to the recently added land surface temperature, sea surface temperature and chlorophyll-a can currently be viewed on Tellus, and vegetation indices and other data will be added as needed.
